With an expertly staffed on-site metrology and metallurgical lab, we ensure dimensional integrity of your parts as well as the ability to verify that all material meets or exceeds ASTM specifications.
The metrology lab is equipped with three new state-of-the-art Brown & Sharpe Global Classic CMM's with PC-DMIS Inspection software. Our technicians qualify and monitor the dimensional integrity of production components on a continual basis. This technology allows us to save and download all dimensional data should it be a requirement to provide this detail to our customers. We have also recently purchased five Tigo Shop Floor CMM's to further enhance our inspection capabilities.
