As part of our unwavering commitment to quality and customer success, our team performs in-depth manufacturing reviews for every new part to identify potential risks and challenges before production proceeds. Our engineers verify that casting techniques and selected manufacturing operations provide the machining efficiencies and precision tolerances to produce reliable and repeatable parts. We perform document control to manage material and process certifications including robust quality forms and other necessary records and reports. Our AS9100D and ISO 9001:2015 quality management systems ensure that our customers' machined parts and assemblies meet or exceed every specification. Planning includes testing instruments to be used, in-process inspections, special process inspections, as well as final inspection requirements.

During the early stages of our initial review process, we will review and discuss designs with you, utilizing digital drawings and 3-D models when appropriate. We have also incorporated the ability to offer 3-D printed parts to prove out designs with the recent purchase of a Big Rep One large format 3D printer.
